Perform :45s of each exercise & repeat circuit 2-3x depending on your fitness level

•Low Lunge into single leg jumps (:45 each side)
•Push up into frog squat and jump
•Side plank rotations (:45 each side)
•Single leg glute bridge with leg raise (:45 each side)
