Try this HIIT workout at home, the gym, or outside! 

Perform
60  Jumps w/ jump-rope
8    Burpees
10  Squats

Repeat 8x !

I used a weighted jump-rope, but a regular jump-rope works just as well. If you do not have either... simply go through the jump-rope motion!
