Yoga Flow Friday
This past year has been my first attempt at yoga. It's something I struggle with, as I never worked on my mobility and flexibility as a young athlete. I've come a long way since when I started, but I still have a ton of work to do! My favorite yoga classes are when we flow, going from movement to movement as gracefully as we can. Yoga has helped my flexibility and mobility that has transferred to better form during weight training. Yoga also makes me stand taller, is great for core conditioning, and is a wonderful way to slow down the mind! The video shows a few of my favorite flows. What's your favorite flow or pose?!
