Hotel Gym Workout
I recently traveled to Hong Kong and needed to stay consistent with my training. I used the outdoor space and the hotel gym to workout total body everyday.
When traveling, split routines can be a hassle due to lack of time, lack of equipment, and lack of routine. I choose to workout total body for the week.
Here is one routine I used! Let me know what you think :)
3x8 Arnold press
3x10 Cable front raise
3x8 Hovering split squat with single arm row
3x10 Weighted split squat
3x12 Leg raises
