Rainy day workout
It's a rainy day here in New York City, I don't feel well, and I'm super tired. All of that aside I still needed to get my workout in today, and going to the gym just wasn't an option! So I compiled a few exercises that you can do at home. Let me know what you think!
10 Plank roll outs
12 Bicep curls
8 Decline push-up into knee tuck
40 Mountain climbers (20 each leg)
Repeat 3-4x based off of fitness level
